«Henriques & Henriques has just been awarded five trophies at the International Wine Challenge 2016 edition – held last friday, in London – for its 50 y.o. Tinta Negra, Single Harvest Bual 2000, 20 y.o. Malmsey and 20 y.o. Verdelho. The “Madeira Trophy”, distinguishing the best Madeira of the year, was awarded to 50 y.o. Tinta Negra. (…) The company’s CEO, Humberto Jardim, stated to Jornal da Madeira that these distinguishements “reinforce Madeira wine’s international image and highlight a variety that, for many years, has been more or less forgotten – Tinta Negra (…)”.»
